Partner of the Year

Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia offered its programming at more than 60 FCPS schools last year, aimed at developing leadership skills and confidence in girls through the sport of running. Teams of 12-20 girls are supported by volunteer coaches who are positive role models. At the end of the 10-week course, girls from across the region gather for a non-competitive 5K event.
